What you pay today
One-off packages and hours are paid in full when you check out. Monthly plans charge the first month today, then the same amount each month.
Cancelling
Monthly plans end when the month you've paid for ends. Booked sessions can be rescheduled free up to 24 hours before. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing questions
Are these prices final?
Yes. They include VAT and there are no set-up fees. If your site is larger than a package's limit, we tell you before we start, not after.
Why do you publish prices?
Because you'd want to know before you pick up the phone. Fixed scope means we can.
Is there a discount for paying a year up front?
No. We don't sell annual terms. Monthly means monthly.
Can I pay by invoice?
Payment is at checkout. If you need an invoice for your accounts, add your business details at checkout and we'll issue a VAT invoice.
What if I need something more specific?
