Diagnose

Fix what stops Google reading your pages

A fix sprint has a scope and an end date. Up to 20 issues in two weeks, or a deeper four-week sprint with Core Web Vitals and a migration check. Then it's finished.

What you get

  • A scoped list of up to 20 prioritised issues (the fix sprint), agreed before work starts
  • Each issue fixed, where you give us access, or written up as a ticket your developer can follow
  • Verification after the fix: we check Google can see the change
  • A before-and-after record of what changed
  • In the deep sprint: a Core Web Vitals review with a fix plan, and a migration check against your old and new URLs
  • A handover note, so your team knows what changed and why

How we do it

  1. STEP 1

    Agree the scope

We confirm the list of issues with you, in order. Anything beyond the limit goes on a "next sprint" list.

  2. STEP 2

    Fix or specify

With access, we make the changes. Without it, we write exact instructions for your developer.

  3. STEP 3

    Verify

We re-crawl and check in Google Search Console tools, where available, that the fixes worked.

  4. STEP 4

    Hand over

You get the before-and-after record and a short note on keeping it healthy.

What to expect, and when

No one can promise rankings, and we don't. These are the things we plan to deliver, and when.

Week 1
Scope agreed, first fixes under way. You hear from us as each group is done.
End of week 2 (fix sprint)
All agreed issues fixed or specified, and verified where possible. Deep sprint continues to week 4.
Weeks 4 to 12
Google re-crawls. Indexation and speed changes tend to show in Search Console over weeks, not days.
Beyond
Nothing recurring unless you ask for it.

Questions about Technical SEO

Do I need the SEO Audit first?

Not always. If you already know your issues, or have a developer's list, we can scope from that. If you don't, an audit is the cheaper way to find out what the sprint should cover.

Do you make changes on my website?

If you give us access and agree, yes. If you prefer to keep control, or your developer handles code, we write precise tickets instead. You choose per issue.

What happens if there are more than 20 issues?

We rank them and fix the ones with the biggest effect first. The rest go on a list for later, either for your developer or for another sprint.

Can you check a site migration before launch?

Yes. The deep sprint includes a migration check comparing your old and new URLs. Tell us your launch date when you order, so we can plan around it.

A relaunch coming up?

Tell us the date and the platform. We will say what a sprint would cover before you pay.
