These terms apply when you buy services from askmyseo through askmyseo.com or by agreement with us. Please read them with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of them.
These services are provided by askmyseo, 31 Shanowen Ave, Whitehall, Dublin 9, D09 P5C7, Ireland (support@askmyseo.com, 01 637 7391). "You" means the person or business placing the order.
We provide search engine optimisation services: SEO audits, technical SEO, local SEO, content and on-page SEO, link building and digital PR, ecommerce SEO, AI search (GEO) work, consulting and monthly retainers. Each service page states what is included. What you've bought is what is described on that page when you place your order.
You place an order by completing checkout. We accept it when we send you a confirmation by email with your order reference and start date. We may decline an order, for example if the work isn’t a fit, or if we spot a pricing error. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid.
Prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate shown at checkout. One-off packages and consulting hours are paid in full at checkout. Monthly plans are charged for the first month at checkout and then each month on the same date. If your site is larger than the limit of the package you chose, we'll tell you before starting and you can pay the difference, choose a different package or cancel for a full refund.
We'll start on the date we confirm with you and aim to deliver within the turnaround stated on the package. Turnaround times start when we have the access and information we need from you. If we're going to be late, we'll tell you. The audit and report are delivered by email.
Monthly plans run month to month. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@askmyseo.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund months already delivered. We can change a plan's price on 30 days' written notice, and you can cancel before the new price starts.
We'll confirm a time within five working days. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours of the session, a fee of 50% of the session price applies.
You agree to give us the information, access and approvals we reasonably ask for, in good time, and to tell us if anything changes. You confirm that you own, or have the right to give us access to, the website and accounts we work on. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may move our dates.
Search rankings, traffic, links, mentions in AI assistants and enquiries depend on things outside our control, including search-engine and AI-system decisions and your competitors. We commit to the work and the reporting described on each service page. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, number of links, traffic, citation or revenue. Any figure or timeline we give is a target or estimate.
We don't buy links or use link schemes. We'll write original content for you and ask for your approval before publishing. You're responsible for checking that statements about your business are accurate before approving them.
When you've paid for them, you own the reports, written content and recommendations we deliver to you. We keep our templates, methods, tools and know-how, and we may reuse general learning that doesn't identify you. You give us permission to use your materials and website for the purpose of doing the work.
We'll keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party tools and your accounts (for example Google Search Console and Google Analytics). We aren't responsible for those services, or for changes to them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer. If you're a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2022 gives you rights where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, and these terms don't affect them. If you're a business, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Your rights to cancel and be refunded are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period for consumers.
Either of us may end an agreement if the other seriously breaches it and doesn't put it right within 14 days of being asked. If we end it because of your breach, the Refund & Cancellation Policy still applies to anything you've paid. We can stop work if we reasonably believe a request breaks the law or a search engine's rules.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it. For monthly plans, changes apply from the next month, and we'll tell you first.
If something's wrong, email support@askmyseo.com. We'll acknowledge within 1 working day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protections of your own country's law and can use its courts.
